Summary

We are seeking a playful, enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering the development and learning of our young children, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and education.

Responsibilities

Interact, challenge and engage children in playful experiences that promote children's development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions. Engage in outdoor learning experiences in a free flow environment come rain or shine. Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners whilst having fun!!

Requirements

A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare). Experience working in a nursery or educational setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to effectively plan and manage daily routines. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
