The Role

We're looking for a

Level 2/3 qualified Early Years Practitioner

to join our friendly and passionate team.
You'll play a vital role in shaping children's earliest learning experiences -- inspiring curiosity, encouraging independence, and supporting every stage of their development.
This is a

term-time only

position, offering an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to enjoy school holidays off while making a meaningful difference during the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver fun, purposeful activities that spark curiosity and meet EYFS goals. Create a safe, nurturing space that supports children's emotional and physical well-being. Work closely with parents to celebrate each child's achievements and next steps. Observe, record, and reflect on children's learning to inform future planning. Contribute ideas to continually enhance our curriculum and environment. Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.

About You

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and good practice in early years. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and teamwork. Positive, proactive attitude and creative flair.
