Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 & Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a classroom effectively, and a drive to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across various domains including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, encouraging cooperation and respect among children. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with young children in a nursery setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both children and colleagues. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. Previous experience in childcare or early years education is highly desirable.
