We require a Level 2 or Level 3 practitioner who.
Has a knowledge of the Eyfs
Has a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special.
Doesn't have to have the ability to be able to sing in tune but must have the confidence to sing out of tune in front of a crowd.
Must possess the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people. This is of the utmost importance.
Must have the ability to pretend to eat playdough creations realistically. This is an essential requirement along with drinking numerous cups of pretend tea.
Must be prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day.
Loves being outside come rain or shine. At Kiddiewinks we love the outdoor environment!

Hours of work will be set days and hours to be discussed it is a term time only position. You will be working Breakfast and afterschool club as well as the Pre-school.
You will be responsible to help with planning and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with EYFS and nursery goals
Ensure inclusive provision that supports diverse needs, sensory profiles, and individual learning journeys
Safeguarding & Compliance
Maintain accurate records, risk assessments, and incident logs
Uphold nursery policies including behaviour, health & safety, and inclusion
Build warm, transparent relationships with families, supporting settling-in and key person systems
Communicate effectively through handovers, Respond to feedback with empathy and professionalism
