Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and experience working with children in nursery settings. Will holde a relevent level 2 or 3 certificate. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children under your care Support children's emotional well-being and behavioural development through positive reinforcement and personalised care Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure consistent care and effective communication regarding each child's needs Manage daily routines such as meal times, play sessions, rest periods, and educational activities Lead by example in demonstrating management and leadership skills within the team Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

experience working with children in nursery or childcare settings, including early childhood education or childcare qualifications Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities within a childcare environment Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience with child development principles and best practices in early years education Previous nursery experience is highly desirable Valid driving licence is preferred to support transportation requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
