A full and relevant early years qualification is essential, minimum level 3 or 4, (NVQ, NNEB, Cache Diploma, or equivalent in early years/childcare) Experienced in working with children 0-4 years An enhanced DBS check First aid trained Safeguarding trained Open, honest and compassionate Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
