Job Description

We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 2, 3 or above Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic and vibrant Three Bears team.

As an Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children from birth to 5 years, to facilitate their growth and development. You will experience working in a child-led setting accredited by The Curiosity Approach which we thread the Development Matters through.

Three Bears Nursery have a commitment and responsibility for the safeguarding and welfare of adults and children alike, you will be expected to abide setting policies and procedures, complete required training and your job offer will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS check.

Requirements:
- At least level 2, 3 or above in early years education.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Passion for childcare and early childhood education
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: 24,420.00-39,550.21 per year
