Summary

We are seeking an Early Years practitioner to join our passionate team at East Harptree Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing young children's development and helping them reach their full potential within a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development. Build strong relationships with children and their families to support individual needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early years education trends.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and families. A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
