Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. Your primary focus will be on fostering their development through engaging activities and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. You will work closely with parents and colleagues to create a supportive community for the children.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement educational activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication. Support children's individual needs, including those with special educational requirements.

Skills

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience working with children in a nursery setting is highly desirable. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being. Ability to drive may be beneficial for transporting children or materials as needed. Requirements:

- Level 3 childcare qualification

- This is a Full time permanent Job

- Can start as soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

East London E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
