Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Implementing a stimulating and varied curriculum for early years children
- Providing high-quality care and education to meet the individual needs of each child
- Planning and leading activities that promote learning through play
- Monitoring and recording children's progress and development
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers
- Managing the day-to-day running of the nursery room
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children
Experience
- Essential: Early childhood education experience
- Essential: Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Nice-to-have: Ability to drive
- Nice-to-have: Strong leadership skills to manage a nursery room effectively
- Nice-to-have: Excellent communication skills in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,854.00-25,854.00 per year
Education:
Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
Nursery: 1 year (preferred) Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Childcare qualification. (preferred)
Work Location: In person
