We are now seeking a

qualified, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Early Years Practitioner

who is passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care and education.

About the Role

As a Meadows Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a

safe, nurturing and stimulating environment

where children feel valued, confident and supported. You will provide responsive care, plan meaningful experiences, and actively extend children's learning--both indoors and outdoors.

You'll be part of a close-knit team where

management and nursery owners are approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in staff wellbeing and development

.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Is

caring, nurturing and passionate

about early years education Brings

energy, creativity and a great sense of fun

to their practice Has

strong communication and interpersonal skills

Works well as part of a team and helps motivate others Is

organised, proactive and confident problem-solving

Has a strong interest in

outdoor learning

Has sound knowledge of child development and current legislation, including:
Health & Social Care Standards, SSSC Code of Practice, GIRFEC, Realising the Ambition, Pre-Birth to Three, Curriculum for Excellence

Has

at least 1-2 years' experience

working with children aged 0-5 Holds a

relevant childcare qualification

(HNC or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
