This is such an exciting time for our nursery and preschool! We have been growing our team since we opened in September 2024 and, as we head towards our second year, we seeking a Level 3 trained practitioner to work with us 23.5 hours per week.

As an Early Years practitioner, you will be part of the team laying the crucial foundations for Nursery, Preschool and Reception aged-children. You will be instrumental in implementing and enacting an exceptional curriculum and supporting the ongoing development of a carefully considered and purposeful EYFS environment which provokes learning, allows every child to experience challenge and inspiration and enables teachable moments to be enacted for all children. The relationships you develop with children and their families will be vital in establishing the foundations upon which a child's whole education will be built. This will last throughout their entire childhood and adolescence.

We are building the school together from nursery to Year 11 and welcome candidates who are confident in giving and receiving feedback to ensure that what we are creating is exceptional. We provide a welcoming and supportive environment to maximise and develop your skills.

Pay: 12.85-13.26 per hour
