Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team of dedicated staff. The role is to implement and maintain a high quality, caring environment for the children. This includes creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities.
The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, have excellent time management skills, be of a motivated and positive manner and show commitment, enthusiasm and high energy levels. There could be the potential to progress into a leadership role within the setting and further learning progressing to a higher NVQ level.
