Little Pearls Nursery has proudly served our community for over 8 years, and our natural, child-centred approach has earned us a reputation that speaks for itself -- with over 30 families currently on our waiting list. Following recent internal renovations to increase our capacity, we are excited to be expanding our team. We're now recruiting one

passionate and pre-qualified Early Years Practitioners

to help us offer places to more families and continue delivering the highest quality care.

Who We're Looking For


We are seeking individuals who are:

Pre-qualified Early Years Practitioners

with relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2 or above) Motivated to keep pace with our fast-moving, ambitious and quality-driven ethos Dedicated to creating nurturing environments where children can thrive Confident communicators and strong team players Eager to contribute ideas, reflect on practice, and grow professionally

Key Responsibilities



Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5 Ensure a safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environment Act as a Key Person, observing and supporting individual children's progress Work in close partnership with families, valuing open and regular communication Uphold nursery policies, health & safety procedures, and safeguarding protocols Collaborate with colleagues to reflect on and improve teaching and learning practice

Experience



Prior experience in an early years setting is ideal, but we welcome enthusiastic applicants with the right mindset and qualifications A strong understanding of child development is essential
