Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at Radnor Park Kindergarten. To apply for this role, you will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop and flourish under your care. You must be level 3 qualified, experienced with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong parent partnership.

Main Responsibilities:
To provide a high standard of physical, emotional and social and intellectual care for children in the setting
To give support to the staff team
To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
To build and maintain strong partnership working with parent to enable children's needs to be met.
