Support Person

, building strong, nurturing relationships with children and families. During this time, we may have opportunities that arise for you to become a Key Person which we will support you with when the time comes. We will monitor your progress if this is an interest of yours however this would be optional to you at that point.

What we're looking for:

A solid understanding and experience of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

. Knowledge of

'Planning in the Moment'

is highly desirable. A genuine appreciation for

outdoor play

--our outdoor learning environment is a core part of our curriculum, so an open-minded, positive approach to outdoor provision is a must.
