The Role:

We're seeking a warm, nurturing qualified Early Years Practitioner who will:

Support and enable children to build resilience, confidence, independence Use outdoor learning and nature-based experiences as everyday tools for growth Foster caring, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Bring energy, creativity, and respect for nature into play and learning
What You Bring:

Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education Genuine love for nature, outdoor play, and child-led exploration Kind, patient, nurturing - someone who makes every child feel safe and welcome A belief in building resilience & independence in children

Working hours:

31 hours per week. Monday to Friday - 9:30am till 3:30pm
