Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring early years practitioner to cover maternity leave. This will be a 12 month contract with the possibility of a permanent position. Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a clear understanding of working in this sector.
Required skills include; an ability to use initiative and demonstrate responsive care; being able to adapt practice instinctively, in response to age/stage of development and the child/ren's individual needs.
Experience of working in partnership with outside agencies and knowledge of current legislation and best practice is preferred but not essential.
