Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring early years practitioner to join our team. Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a clear understanding of working in this sector.
An ability to use initiative and demonstrate responsive care; being able to adapt your practice instinctively, in response to age/stage of development and the child/ren's individual needs.
Experience of working in partnership with outside agencies and knowledge of current legislation and best practice is preferred but not essential.
