We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team . This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in our nursery setting. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for managing daily activities, fostering communication with parents, and ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that support children's learning and development. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Manage classroom behaviour effectively while promoting positive relationships among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records to track their growth. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery setting. Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience of all children in your care.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable. Ability to manage playroom dynamics while fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all children. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide fellow educators. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to promoting children's wellbeing and development. A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions.
