Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in guiding our educational programmes and supporting the development of each child.

Duties



Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children. Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to explore and learn. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's development and well-being. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Support children with special educational needs or disabilities as required.

Qualifications



Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and staff effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development. Driving licence preferred to facilitate travel between locations if required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative. A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education. Pay: From 12.50 per hour
