Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare - strong communication skills and team-working abilities are essential.
The successful candidate must have a good understanding of:
Children's development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
The importance of supporting children's transitions
The importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
The importance of supporting your team's personal and professional development
The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
Qualifications & Training:
Minimum SVQ Level 3 /HNC in Early Years Childcare
Experience:
Minimum 1 years childcare experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.60-13.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
