Millfield Prep School is seeking a kind, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding Pre-Prep department. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a 20-minute paid break each day. In addition, the role includes daily support at our breakfast club from 7:45am to 8:00am or one late club session every two weeks from 4:00pm to 5:15pm. The position offers an annual salary of 19,176 to 24,900 per annum, depending on experience and placement on the school's salary scale.

As part of our caring and creative EYFS team, you will support high-quality learning for our youngest pupils, contribute to planning and assessments, and act as a Key Person for a group of children. You will be responsible for observing and tracking progress, delivering both indoor and outdoor learning opportunities, and working closely with parents to support each child's development.

We are looking for a practitioner with sound knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and safeguarding requirements. A positive, flexible attitude and strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
