Springfield Lodge Day Nursery in Grimsby is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our Pre school room - age range 2years to 5 year olds .

Working hours :Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

At Springfield lodge we require our super heroes to dress up and wear different caps. As the saying goes " if the cap fits , wear it "!

The suitable superhero will need to be :

fun and enthusiastic Caring and nurturing able to elaborate and build on children's play and interest engage in open ended play and encourage exploration able to focus on the process of play rather than the end goal reflect and support the emotions that children express encourage children to ask questions and find the answers for themselves someone one who allows and encourages children to be independent extend learning and provide challenging activities .
Our superhero requires a sound knowledge of safeguarding along with a suitable DBS check & two references, one of which must be a most recent employer.

Qualification: Level 3 in child care and education - essential.

This is a Permanent position

Pay: 12.21-12.55 per hour
