Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing young children's learning and social skills in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across various domains, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn. Supervise children during playtime and structured activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the nursery setting. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.

Experience

Must have a recognised Chidcare qualification.

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills are required for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Happy persona. A valid driving licence is advantageous as we are not on a bus route .
