Early Years Educator

Essential Criteria:

Full & Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification

Hours:

40 hours per week (option to condense 40 hours over 4 days)

Salary level 2:

26,00 - 26,520

Salary Level 3:

26,832 - 28,912

Opening Hours:

7.30 am to 6.00 pm

We are a family-run business with 25 years of experience and nine beautiful nurseries across Buckinghamshire and West London. Our Hanwell setting is especially close to our hearts - a truly unique nursery nestled in the heart of the community operating from an active Children's Centre. What we are looking for:

We're seeking a special individual who along with a full and relevant level 2 or 3 early years qualification can bring fun, laughter, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education to our children, families and team.

You will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to each child Creating inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that promote exploration and independence Building strong bonds as a key person, supporting children's development and working closely with families Supporting calm, inclusive routines like mealtimes and transitions Making meaningful observations and assessments to inform planning Contributing to reflective team meetings and ongoing quality improvement Engaging in continuous professional development and keeping up with best practice
