About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic

Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner

to join our friendly and supportive team in

Hanwell (W7)

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for childcare and early education, with the drive to help every child reach their full potential in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the

EYFS framework

, ensuring all children thrive and develop.

Requirements

Minimum

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification

in Childcare and Education (or equivalent) Strong understanding of

Safeguarding

,

SEN

, and

Health & Safety

procedures Experience with

planning, observation, and assessment

in line with the EYFS Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Committed to supporting an inclusive and positive nursery environment Reliable, professional, and eager to develop your skills Must have the

right to work in the UK
