Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support each child's individual needs.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further development.
Manage classroom behaviour by establishing clear expectations and promoting positive interactions among children.
Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment that encourages teamwork and shared responsibilities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery space that meets health and safety regulations.
Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience, ensuring that all children feel valued and included.
Requirements
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare settings is essential.
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years environment.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and guide fellow educators in delivering high-quality education.
A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development through play-based learning.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
