Hours: Full-TimeSalary: NMW & "Competitive, based on experience"

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team and help create a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child can thrive.About the Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in shaping children's early experiences--providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive setting that promotes curiosity, creativity, and confidence. From messy play to story time, your days will be filled with opportunities to make a real impact.

What We're Looking For:

A warm, friendly, and nurturing personality A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Experience working with young children (in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting) Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenYour Responsibilities Will Include: Planning and delivering fun, educational activities in line with the EYFS Observing, tracking, and supporting each child's individual progress Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment Supporting daily routines such as snack time, nappy changing, and outdoor playWhat We Offer: A supportive, friendly team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities A beautiful, well-resourced setting to work in Opportunities for career progression A workplace where your ideas, creativity, and love for children are truly valued A term time only position
