Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We require a fabulous Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful team.
We require full time permanent staff. Full time is 36 hour contract, all year round which will be made up of 4 regular days per week, 2 x 8.5 and 2 x 9.5 hours per day and the same day off every week.
To the best of our abilities this work pattern will remain the same every week so that you have good work/life balance and we benefit from having a happy team member.
If you hate waiting on a Sunday evening to receive the text giving you this week's hours then we are the Nursery for you, as we don't operate like that.
We are a very professionally run Nursery with high expectations, so you know you'll be joining a team who are as equally committed as you. We pay 20p above the minimum wage. Every member of staff is qualified and first aid trained so the load is shared equally, We are a very friendly, long serving team and will support you with what you need to make you welcome and equal.
Our private nursery is a beautiful environment to work in, rated Good in all areas by Ofsted October 2019. We are Curiosity Approach Accredited, the only one in Lincolnshire to date and we follow In The Moment Planning.
We are looking for wonderful staff who hold a full & relevant
Level 3 in Childcare
and have a passion to be a positive role model to our children. We will consider candidates who are not qualified should you wish to join our incredible team and need support to qualify.A sound understanding of the EYFS, First Aid qualified and up to date Safeguarding knowledge will increase your chances of becoming a team member, or if you're out of date we can help you with that.
