Job Title: Childcare Practitioner

Location: Hacton Hall, Haydock Close, Hornchurch, RM12 6EA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Cheeky Chops Childminding Services Ltd. As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our setting. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met
Plan and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences that promote children's development and learning
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, development, and daily activities
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times, adhering to our policies and procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver the curriculum, and to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:

1 year of experience working in a childcare setting
Ideally Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent
Paediatric First Aid certification
DBS clearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Desired Qualifications:

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) training
Experience working with children of various ages and abilities
Knowledge of child development theories and practices
Our open hours are between 7am-6pm (flexible shifts) Preferrably 7am start

12.50-13.50 depending on experience
