Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Term Time with Wraparound Care

Are you a qualified and enthusiastic early years practitioner looking for a term-time role with the opportunity to work extended hours?

We're a warm, nurturing packaway preschool in Horsham offering high-quality care and education for children aged 2-5 years. We operate during term time with optional wraparound care before and after our core session hours. We're looking for a caring and committed individual to join our friendly team and help us provide a safe, stimulating and supportive environment for every child.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate practitioner to work during our core nursery hours with the option of additional hours during wraparound care (early mornings and/or afternoons). This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied day and wants to be part of a small, supportive team in a setting where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent). Experience working with 2-5-year-olds in a nursery or preschool setting. A team player with a genuine passion for early years development. Reliable, flexible, and confident in leading small group learning. Willingness to work wraparound care hours (early morning or late afternoon). Comfortable working in a packaway environment.
Working Hours:

Term-time only (aligned with local school calendar). Core hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Optional wraparound care: 7:45 am and/or 2.30-6 pm (Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available.)
