Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to create a stimulating and safe environment for young children. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to fostering the development of children in their formative years.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play. Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and well-being. Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all children. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Leadership abilities to guide and support other team members effectively. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions.
