What we're looking for:

? A minimum of

NVQ Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare/Education

? Strong knowledge of child development
? A warm, caring nature with a love for teaching and supporting children
? Great communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
? A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
? Someone who thrives in a team and enjoys creating fun, stimulating environments where every child feels safe and at home
