Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and have a genuine love for working with children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development for young children.

Responsibilities



Create and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's learning journey. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and organised environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. Promote positive behaviour and social skills among children, encouraging cooperation and respect within the group. Drive initiatives that enhance the overall quality of care and education provided within the nursery setting. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education while mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications



A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential. Alternatively, a graduate qualified in any subject who is willing to undertake and complete an EYITT qualification (0 - 5 years) in their first year of joining. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with children and families. Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all children. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate others within the team. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
