We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of each child. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning environment and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of children's achievements and daily activities. Drive initiatives that foster children's independence and confidence in their abilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.

Skills

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable. Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering a positive learning environment. Leadership qualities to inspire and guide fellow educators in delivering high-quality care. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through play-based learning.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: 12.48-13.00 per hour
