Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, behavior, and daily activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an early years setting or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation in practice
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
