We're looking for an

experienced and passionate early years professional

to join our family-run nursery in

Leatherhead, Surrey (KT22).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a

Senior Practitioner

ready to step into leadership or an existing

Deputy Room Leader

seeking a fresh challenge. The role is based in our warm, supportive

Baby Room

Salary:

27,000-31,500pa (DOE, qualifications & hours)

Hours:

40 hrs/week (4.5 days) | Shifts 8am-6pm | All year round (Permanent)

Your Role:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in your care

About You:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant) - Level 2 considered for exceptional candidates Previous nursery/practitioner experience (leadership experience desirable) Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development Confident in observations, planning, and key person responsibilities A team player with excellent communication skills Eligible to work in the UK
