Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for early years development
- Provide high-quality care and support to children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage the daily routines within the nursery setting
- Implement safeguarding procedures to ensure the well-being of all children
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children's learning and development
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members effectively
- Relevant childcare qualifications in Early Years Education or similar field
- Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
