. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young children's learning and growth in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires a commitment to fostering a love for learning while ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for children, parents, and families. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting respect and cooperation among children. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain high standards of care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and nursery standards.

Skills

Strong background in childcare with experience working with young children. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators. Proficient in managing classroom dynamics effectively. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. A genuine passion for driving children's development through play-based learning. Ability to work collaboratively within a nursery setting while maintaining professionalism.
