Early Years Practitioner
to join our year-round Nursery at
St. Francis' College

What You'll Be Doing
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
Supporting children aged 3 months - 5 years in a safe, secure environment
Encouraging development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Creating imaginative, inclusive activities
Working closely with parents to support each child's growth
Collaborating with colleagues across our well-resourced nursery and wider school
Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning journeys
You'll Need:
Level 2 or 3 in Early Years (DfE-approved)
Passion for children's development and learning
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to create a nurturing, engaging environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
