Your Role

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities Support children aged 3 months - 5 years in a safe, nurturing space Encourage early development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills Build strong relationships with families and colleagues Foster curiosity, confidence, and creativity every day

What You'll Need

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification (DfE-approved) - desirable Passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing Understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding & Child Protection Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills A caring, positive, and proactive approach
