We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver activities that support children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent care and communication.
Promote positive behaviour and support children in developing social skills.
Attend team meetings, training, and contribute to continuous professional development.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in early years education (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner, e.g CACHE, NVQ).
Experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting is desirable.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
