Job Title:

Early Years Practitioner - Level 2 or 3 (Full-Time)
Location: West London (Excellent transport links)

Salary:

From 29,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience)
Above London market average

Job Type:

Full-time, All Year Round, Permanent
Hours: 45 hours/week - Monday to Friday
Shift pattern between 8:00 am and 6:15 pm
Includes one shorter day each week

Key Responsibilities

Act as Key Person to a group of children Plan fun, engaging learning based on EYFS & children's interests Conduct regular observations and maintain up-to-date Individual Learning Plans Ensure children's hygiene, medical, and dietary needs are met Safeguard and supervise children at all times Contribute to room planning and team collaboration Support room hygiene, equipment care and general housekeeping

Qualifications & Requirements

Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent recognised for EYFS ratios) Understanding of the EYFS framework Passion for working with young children in a nurturing setting Strong teamwork and communication skills
