Job Description

We have a vacancy for dedicated, professional nursery practitioner. Experience working within a nursery environment is essential. Our main criteria is that the safety and welfare of the children is paramount. The position is permanent. Pier Lodge is a purpose built building with an excellent reputation, managed by a strong but fair senior team and all eight rooms are exceptionally resourced.

Job role will include;

- Working with children aged 0-5 years, implementing the revised EYFS.

- Acting as a key person to plan and implement fun and engaging activities, in line with children's interests and next steps.

- Following nursery policies and procedures.

- Working within a team.

- Provide feedback and work alongside parents for the best interests of each child.

The nursery is open 51 weeks a year.

We are closed between Christmas and New Year.

Annual leave days- up to 22 plus bank holidays, and Christmas as extra!

Pay negotiable and dependent on experience and qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.44-13.00 per hour
