Early Years Practitioner Level 2/3 - 40 Hours a week

We are looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will:

Possess suitable qualifications to Level 2 or above Have experience of working with babies and children under 5 yrs Have a working knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted standards Be passionate about Early Years & improving outcomes for children/families Be approachable and enjoy working in a small team or individually Have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Main duties and responsibilities will include

To be committed to all Child Protection and Safeguarding protocols Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times Ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the room/nursery is maintained Have responsibility for a key group of children with full key person duties Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team delivering high quality care and early years education for all children Work in a proactive manner to provide a wide range of safe, stimulating opportunities to enable children to learn and thrive Build and maintain respectful and professional relationships with parents & families Attend staff meetings and briefings out of working hours. Participate in training where required; keeping updated with current childcare and legislative practices.
