Summary

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Chrysalis Nursery in Epping. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development for our young children.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3 months to 5 years. Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development. Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the best care for each child. Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with team members. Contribute to the planning of curriculum activities that promote early learning. Assist in the daily operational tasks of the nursery. Uphold the nursery's values of kindness, respect, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Relevant childcare qualifications or certifications. A caring and patient attitude towards children. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare.

We are close to public transport links (central line and bus links) and are open 52 weeks (closed for bank holidays) and hours are between 7:30am-6:30pm on a shift basis 5 days a week.
