We're looking for an Early Years Practitioner with a minimum of two years experience to join our team. Current posts are located in our St Augustine's Centre on Columbia Way during the term time, and at our Springwood and North Lynn Centres during the school holidays.
The successful candidate will provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children while they are in our care. In addition, the Early Years Educator will develop lesson plans and activities based on the individual needs of each child, as well as use tools such as data collection to identify and understand students' developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide parents with an update on the child's development and learning. Organise regular parent meetings. Ensure children are enrolled in compulsory education and child care programmes. Assist with children's learning, development, and socialisation. Maintain accurate records of the child's development and learning.
