26,000 per annum

Permanent/Full Time - 40 hours per week

A day in the life of an Early Years Superhero

At Spring The Levels, you'll play a key role in creating joyful, engaging days for our children. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll plan and deliver play based activities, support children's learning and development, and build warm, secure relationships that help every child thrive. You'll make the most of our beautiful outdoor space and local surroundings, bringing learning to life through exploration, creativity, and imaginative play.


We're looking for a passionate practitioner who enjoys working as part of a close, supportive team and takes pride in providing high quality care every day.

What we need from you



In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), we're ideally looking for someone who has:


A Level 3 early years and childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) A passion for continuous learning and growth, Aligned with our core values and the Spring career pathway A deep understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years) A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
