Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at a nursery in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise children in the early years setting
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Provide leadership and support to other staff members
Skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in an educational setting
working on a rota basis between the hours of 8-6pm.
Shifts are 8-1pm/1-6pm/8-6pm
16 Hours contracted Hours All Year round
Potential Fixed Hours offered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.30-12.50 per hour
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Work Location: In person
